United Nations Ocean Conference comes to an end

Being probably the longest and most intensive conference SEAentia has attended, #UNOC in Lisbon was a great opportunity for world leaders, scientists, activists, and private sector representatives to come together and discuss the urgent solutions to #saveouroceans.

We heard Ambassador Peter Thomson, Special Envoy for the Oceans of the United Nations, speech about how sustainable aquaculture solutions are one of the most effective ways to tackle hunger and food safety and reduce the enormous pressure being done on the natural marine environment.

SEAentia couldn’t feel prouder by basing its activity on sustainable practices applied to #aquaculture production.

This conference was the perfect event to show our promising results allowing us to give the step for upscaling our business to our first commercial production unit.

The conference has ended but it gave the motto to intensify our commitment to reach the sustainable development goals! #ActNow
