This delegation included representatives of the Embaixada da Noruega em Lisboa – Norwegian Embassy in Lisbon (Ambassador Tove Bruvik Westberg), the Financial Mechanism Office of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway grants (EEA and Norway Grants), the (EEA and Norway Grants by Innovation Norway, Research Council of Norway and members of the National Focal Point, as well as, both Environment Programme and Blue Growth Programme of EEA Grants Portugal including members of DGPM – Direção-Geral de Política do Mar.
During the visit to our facilities, two projects were highlighted: MP-RAS which aimed to minimize #microplastic contamination of our corvinas and NoviFEED whose objective is to gather ground-truth measurements (feed intake and growth) of meagre fed ad libitum, to generate data to calibrate the FEEDNETICS and FiT models SPAROS, Lda to help to improve the #sustainability of the feed process.
It was a pleasure to receive you and hopefully, we can continue to collaborate for a bluer future.
